Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we proudly ship to customers all around the globe.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made after this time. However, once your order is received, it can be returned for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, as well as PayPal payments.


When will my order be processed?

  • All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse.
  • Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and sales seasons.
  • Orders are processed between Monday and Friday within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase and shipped the following business day.
  • Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

  • You may be required to pay duties, taxes, or other import fees upon receiving your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
